I really enjoy purchasing cigars from Thompson’s. However, the last purchase was terrible in that I ordered the Cohiba’s and received what I think was a lesser quality cigar. I returned the shipment twice and finally accepted the lesser quality cigar on the third try.
I felt like you were out of stock and substituted which did not work for me.
BTW - everyone in customer was great. I just did not receive what was ordered!
