- Can I track my orders through CigarFinder?
We don’t process orders, so shipping tracking happens on the retailer’s site. Your Order History page keeps a record of products you clicked on for quick reference.
- How often are prices and coupons updated?
We refresh product data multiple times per day and update coupon codes as soon as they become available. Prices can fluctuate, so always confirm at checkout.
- Does CigarFinder charge any fees?
No. Our service is free. We earn a commission from partner retailers without affecting the price you pay.
- Why aren’t certain cigars or retailers listed?
We list only reputable, authorized retailers who meet our quality and compliance standards. If a brand is missing, it may not meet those standards or may be temporarily out of stock.
