Can I reserve a cigar for pickup online?
Yes, at participating CigarFinder Connect lounges. When a shop has 'Order for pickup' enabled, you can reserve through their POS system, pay online, and walk in with your ID to collect your cigar. Lounges that don't offer online pickup still appear in search and you can call to confirm or visit in person. Cigar lounges do not deliver or ship: pickup is in-store only.
Why don't I see any lounges near me?
Either no nearby cigar lounges have joined CigarFinder Connect yet, or none of them carry the specific cigar you searched for. You can nominate your favorite local lounge to be invited, or expand your radius. CigarFinder also surfaces online retailers that ship cigars to your address as a fallback.

How accurate are the cigar prices shown?
Prices come directly from each lounge's point-of-sale system. CigarFinder displays whatever the lounge has set as their retail price. Some lounges hide prices and use 'call for price' mode, especially for premium or allocation cigars. Prices update with each POS sync.
Can I find boutique cigars and limited releases near me?
Yes, if a CigarFinder Connect lounge in your area carries them.
