I smoke them like the cigarette they resemble. Being a cigar though, they are packed tighter and therefore each one lasts longer than a typical cigarette. Also, as a result of tight packing, they tend to loose their fire more easily. The plus side of that is, it is safer to put a lit one in an ashtray and not worry about leaving it.
