Rocky Patel Vintage 2nds 1992 are covered in a stunning Sumatra wrapper. This is the same blend as the Vintage '90, but they have been rejected for small visual issues, such as a blemish on the wrapper, or a small crack. Despite these small blemishes, you will still find the cigar to be just as satisfying as the first tier blend!
