About Aladino Cigars

The Eiroa family's cigar heritage runs deep. Julio Eiroa was one of the first growers to successfully cultivate authentic Cuban Corojo tobacco outside of Cuba, planting seeds in Honduras's fertile Jamastran Valley in the 1960s. His son Christian grew up on the farm and went on to found Camacho Cigars, which he sold to Oettinger Davidoff Group in 2008.

After a non-compete period, Christian launched Aladino in 2016 through his CLE Cigar Company as a tribute to his father and the original Corojo tradition. The name "Aladino" is a nod to the Aladdin lamp — symbolizing the magic of discovering something precious in something simple.

Every Aladino cigar is a Honduran puro, using Corojo and Criollo tobaccos grown exclusively on the Eiroa family's Finca Tropicana farm. The Aladino Corojo is the flagship — a medium-full smoke with classic Corojo spice, earth, and sweetness. The Aladino Maduro adds dark chocolate and espresso notes.
